Polish Tourist Organisation would like to invite you to take part in the workshop with the representatives of Polish Incoming Tour Operators. The main theme of the workshop will be Poland as a pilgrimage destination. In 2016 the Polish city of Cracow will be the venue of the next World Youth Day, proposed dates are 25th July to 1st August.

The workshop will take place in Cracow on 1st – 4th October 2014 and it is a perfect opportunity to gain new business contacts in Poland.
Please choose one representative of your office who will attend the workshop.

Program outline:

The costs covered by the organizers are:

• international flight (arrival to and departure from Poland);
• accommodation in Cracow (3 nights),
• full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner) in Cracow,
• workshop and sightseeing in Cracow and "Wieliczka" Salt Mine.

Your only cost will be registration fee - 150 euro. Payment should be made into a bank account after receiving invoice. In case of cancellation of participation in the workshop registration fee is non-refundable.

We would also like you to take part in one of our three past-workshop study tours.
Your attendance in a post-workshop study tour is additionally charged (100 - 150 euro) and payment should be paid in cash during the registration upon arrival.
The study tours are as follows:
1. Cracow and its surroundings in the footsteps of Pope John Paul II – 1 night (100 euro)
2. Cracow – Zakopane – 2 nights (150 euro)
3. Cracow – Sanctuary of the Black Madonna of Czestochowa – 2 nights, (150 euro)

The deadline for submission the application form is 25th August, 2014.
Each submitted candidate will be verified. The organizers will contact you in order to inform you whether your office was qualified for the workshop.

Please submit for the workshop if your company is:

• a Tour Operator or a Travel Agent specializing in pilgrimage tourism,
• planning to introduce Poland as a tourist destination,
• interested in meeting the most qualified Polish Tourist suppliers.
