Tour Hebdo - Polska by Kate in France
During the visit, the journalist visited the hotels oriented at both individual and business clients. The most important facilities that were presented included the latest investments, such as Sound Garden Hotel or the Museum of the History of Polish Jews. There were also exclusive conference centres such as the Intercontinental hotel or Pure Sky Club, or the modern National Stadium and the main tourist attractions such as the Warsaw Uprising Museum, Copernicus Science Centre, Chopin Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science and many other attractions.
The study visit for the Tour Hebdo weekly was organised in co-operation with the Polish National Tourist Office in Paris and the Warsaw Convention Bureau.
The Tour Hebdo weekly is published in a circulation of 5,000 copies and remains a source of information for tour agents and operators as well as individual tourists. The new concept of the weekly focuses on the information for a business client. Such a dossier is aimed at providing basic information about the places that are worth seeing, as well as the novelties to discover in order to assure the best services both for the tourists and business clients interested in a stay in Warsaw. The Warsaw dossier will be reflected at the weekly’s website (200,000 page views monthly) and in the newsletter (25,000 contacts).
