This time to participate in the presentation, Poland Convention Bureau PTO invited representatives of recommended PCOs, incentive travel organizers and Convention Bureaux:

In addition to the knowledge of the Polish conference, incentive and regions offers, participants will have opportunity  to participate in a lottery in which prizes are three educational stays in Poland sponsored by Mazurkas Travel DMC Poland, Poland Concept DMC and Group TRIP. Additional prizes will be valuable gifts from representatives of Warsaw, Krakow and Katowice.

The next scheduled presentation of the Roadshow is participation in the 10^th edition of “4 Destination Workshop” in Brussels on 17^th of December. This will be the second presentation organized this year on the Belgium market (previously presented with Gdańsk and Region) where PCB PTO has invited representatives of:

• Kraków Convention Bureau
• DMC Poland

As part of workshop 3 more countries are presented: Quebec & Air Canada, Turkey ( The DMC Istanbul), Italy (Bramante Events). The meeting will be attended by about 60 selected representatives from associations, companies and agencies from meetings industry from Belgian market.

The December presentation in Brussels will be the last of seven events planned for the years 2011 – 2012 supported by “Let’s Promote Poland Together” campaign. In total 4 Regional Convention Bureaux and 7 recommended companies took part in 7 presentations where thay had a chance to meet with over 300 meeting planners.

Another promotional activities planned for the years 2013 – 2014 include Sweden, Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Ireland.
