According to the information provided by the organisers, Convene provided an opportunity for presentations of over 100 representatives of convention bureaux, hotels and conference centres, PCO, DMS and suppliers for the events sector. Over 120 hosted buyers from Europe, representatives of Germany, Great Britain, France, Scandinavia, the Benelux countries, but also Poland, visited the fair. What is characteristic of Convene is the fact that all exhibitors have similar exhibition space and stands are built by the hosts of the event. The fair was accompanied by an extensive educative programme.
