AmberExpo is also a congress centre which has 4 modern conference halls, altogether offering capacity of 1130 people. Each of the halls can be adjusted to client’s needs. The A1 conference hall is the biggest – 650 square metres and the capacity of 600 people. The A1 can be divided into 3 smaller hall for 200, 120 and 250 people. The A2 conference hall offers area of 130 square metres and 130 seats. The A3 hall is 60 square metres in area and can host 60 people. The A4 hall is 350 square metres and can hold 340 people. Each of the halls is equipped with the projector and the screen. 

Conference halls are complemented by 6 VIP rooms which offer exclusive space specially for the meetings of 15 to 20 people in each room. A spacious hall is also a good place to organise coffee breaks, for example. Conference halls are accessible both from the outside and through exhibition halls.

AmberExpo also offers office space on several storeys of the building, altogether it is over 3,000 square metres of area. Restaurant and leisure zones are also within the AmberExpo complex. The congress and exhibition centre fulfils all the requirements of safety for this type of object, i.e. fire protection, safe evacuation routes, accessibility for the disabled people. Apart from security systems, electronic system for fairs support, conference halls and car parks will also be functioning.

Electronic systems supporting A/C and lightinh – the BMS. Security crew is responsible for keeping everybody safe, they have CCTV supervision over all important places, halls and on the outside.

AmberExpo will also have a vast computer network, both wireless and cable for exhibitors and visitors. Both ticketing system and access control to the halls are very important. Registrations for events can be done via the internet , but the payment can be fulfilled in Gdansk. The ticket is also the ID, imprinted on the barcode, which opens doors to certain halls. Conference halls will also be equipped with simultaneous translations system and wireless surround. 

The locations of AmberExpo is very convenient. It is directly next to the football stadium – PGE Arena (where matches during UEFA EURO 2012 will be played). Such neighbourhood allows infinite possibilities of cooperation during an organisations of the joint project and using mutual infrastructure as well. UEFA EURO 2012 is a great example, during the championships UEFA will use AmberExpo for reception, accreditation centre, volunteers centre and press centre.
