Back to the Garden in “Parkowa”

An extremely important aspect of the project was to involve the young people from the centre who had had educational difficulties connected with the puberty “crisis”, family conflicts, behavioural disorders, and other mental disorders of varying degrees. It was an opportunity for them to spend two days actively while developing the skills of cooperation and talking to the representatives of local PCO hotels and incentive travel organisers.

Thanks to the dedication on the part of the organisers and our sponsors, we succeeded in seeing the project through and supporting the young people with sports equipment and tickets to the cinema. The action was also recognised by the local media – on 18 September at 6:15 p.m. TVP Kraków is going to show a report on the work conducted in the garden on Parkowa Street. The current appearance of the garden was also contributed to by the Deputy Mayor of Kraków, Magdalena Sroka, who helped in planting the first seedlings on the newly-prepared ground.

Back to the Garden project has once again succeeded, which is proved by the smiling faces of the young people, the gratitude of the Director and the employees of the Centre, and the satisfaction of the participants.

“Back to the Garden is a charity action prepared in cooperation with the PIM-ART Landscape Architecture Studio. We are jointly working for children in various centres in Poland to be able to have a better time outdoors. Our contribution is first and foremost our time, which is the most valuable of all assets for people connected with business tourism,” commented Krzysztof Celuch.
