As every year on the occasion of Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala we hosted a meeting of the Regional Convention Bureaus and the Poland Convention Bureau Polish Tourist Organisation.

Its aim was to discuss the most important activities planned for 2016 including determination of the details related to such activities as collecting statistical data, cooperation within the exhibition stands, presentations abroad, domestic and international industry meetings.

Newly topic was also taken to systematize the activities of regional CBS through already implemented a recommendation system and the analysis of legal forms of these units.
