The starters for almost 1500 guests were served in only 9 minutes! It took almost 500 kilograms of duck to prepare the main dish. To handle the event  150 people were hired. There were professional cooks, waiters, bartenders, security guards and hostesses. 3 huge trucks transported tableware, porcelain and glassware.

Such an unusual dinner was held at the International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow at the end of the ISF World Seed Congress 2015.


The nature was the motto of the Congress (Sharing Passion for Nature) and gala dinner theme at EXPO were  four elements: Earth, Water, Fire and Air. It is up to these elements the screenplay of the event was adapted: an artistic program (full of passion and colors Art Color Ballet performance), lighting and multimedia (prepared and implemented by Concept Music Art). The menu, the colors and flavors of dishes prepared by the SCC - Service Congress Center, also referred to the elements.

The large stage was set at EXPO Krakow as well as gigantic screens to enable guests to participate in what was going on the colorful stage. To realize such a huge project not only an experienced organizer was needed but also a fully adaptable space. That was guaranteed by experienced congress department of Targi w Krakowie Ltd. (PCO & DMC) company and multifunctional venue - International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow. As a reminder - at EXPO Krakow may take place not only exhibitions and congresses but also concerts, festivals, conventions, theatre performances, musicals, grand galas or sport events at the global scale. And all of this on Galicyjska street, in Krakow, Poland.
