The creation of the Moxy hotel at the Poznan airport.
In the third quarter of 2019 at the Ławica airport will be opened Moxy hotel (120 rooms). It will be managed by Chopin Airport Development. This is the fifth hotel that belongs to the Marriott International brand and the seventh project in the ChAd portfolio.
Agreement on the creation of Moxy was signed between the airport Ławica and the company Chopin Airport Development, which will be the tenant of the land and the investor of the hotel. Soon will be developed a final design and construction will start at the beginning of 2018. The investment cost is estimated at approximately 30 million zł. Poznan airport handled last year more than 1.7 million passengers, which was the seventh result in Poland.
The hotel will offer a large open lobby which connecting receptions, bar, meeting places and space for entertainment, the hotel will also have a parking for 84 cars and a large-screen TVs at most of the rooms, designed for connecting to online content and games.
