14.10.2015 Sylwia Banaszewska and Magda Kondas with the nomination of the President of the Polish Tourist Organization has been awarded "For Services to Tourism" by the Minister of Sport and Tourism.

This medal is an honorary distinction, and can be attributed to the Polish citizens, citizens of foreign states, organizations or other institutions in the country and abroad – in recognition of their contribution to the development of Polish tourism and strengthening international cooperation in this field.

Sylwia Banaszewska and Magda Kondas are the perfect duo. In the list of their success can save their work on a MICE Poland magazine – the only industry print dedicated to the meetings industry in Poland, for MeetingPlanner.pl service – connected with integration of the sector and build a communication platform for the meetings industry as well as MICE Poland Personality of the Year (organized by MICE Poland) and MP Power Awards and Creative of the Year (organized by MeetingPlanner.pl) competitions, which are authors and organizers.

Moreover, in her career, Sylwia Banaszewska, was also involved the creation of the first in Poland specializing in Business Tourism at the School of Economics and Computer Science and the Association of Organizers Incentive Travel and Magda Kondas dealt with the coordination of promotional activities of the first Meetings Week Poland (week of meetings - workshops and training) carried out by associations operating in the Polish meetings industry.
