It is with great pleasure that we inform that since mid-May Polish Tourism Organisation has been successfully communicating Poland Online Site Inspection. Aimed at the meetings industry and launched at pot.gov.pl, the brand-new tool constitutes a catalogue for the purposes of staging meetings and events in Poland.

The date of the publication is by no means accidental. Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau, for many years hosting the national stand at international trade exhibitions of the meetings industry (IMEX Frankfurt and IMEX America in Las Vegas) is now carrying out online activities as part of the #PlanetIMEX project taking trade fairs online and simultaneously making it possible to maintain and establish business relations and education in these challenging times.

The project was discussed by foreign trade publications: HeadQuarters Magazine - The Association Magazine (Belgium), MICE & Business Travel (Netherlands), Travel 360 (Benelux), Kongres Magazine (Central Europe), Event Manager Blog (USA).

#PolandOnlineSiteInspection will be also available from a hyperlink in a ranking table of the ICCA 2020 report of May 12th, which lists Poland 19th and is distributed among journalists and representatives of associations from all over the world.

Last but not least, the catalogue will be promoted in Polish media and during the MP Power Night gala. We wish to sincerely thank municipal and regional convention bureaux and our International Offices for systematically sending dedicated newsletters to the industry and publications in particular markets.
