Two sessions in Wroclaw
The session "Tourism in the Age of AI: A New Technological Reality as an Opportunity or Threat?" will focus on the impact of artificial intelligence on the tourism sector. We will discuss topics such as the automation of services, personalization of offers, and new opportunities that AI technologies bring to tourism. We will also consider potential threats, including privacy, data security, and the impact of AI on employment in the tourism industry. How will AI impact the meetings industry? Together we will look for an answer.
The session "ESG in Practice: Environmental, Social, Governance in the Meetings and Tourism Industry" will focus on how ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles are implemented and integrated within the tourism and meetings sectors. We will discuss how companies in these industries can reduce their carbon footprint, promote sustainable travel practices, and support local communities. The session will also analyze how responsible management and transparency can enhance corporate reputation and bring economic benefits. We will address the challenges of implementing ESG policies in the tourism and meetings industry context.
