"With sheer joy and pride, I present to you a publication that symbolically summarizes the achievements of the 25-year history of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Program. An invaluable accomplishment, given that the esteemed circle of those honoured with the title of Polish Congress Ambassadors currently comprises over 320 outstanding figures from the world of science and business leaders (Ambassadors and Patrons), who have been organizers of prestigious international events," begins Paula Fanderowska, President of the Conference and Congresses in Poland Association, in her introductory words to the anniversary publication.
The publication also features a message from Prof. Dr. Eng. Marek Pawełczyk, Chairman of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Program Chapter. The substantive introduction titled "(R)evolution of the meetings industry in market turbulence conditions" was prepared by Dr. Hab. Jadwiga Berbek, Prof. at the University of Economics in Kraków, and Dr. Hab. Krzysztof Borodako, Prof. at the University of Economics in Kraków.
The program is jointly run by the Conference and Congresses in Poland Association and the Polish Tourism Organization, maintaining steadfast objectives. Rafał Szmytke, President of the Polish Tourism Organization, addresses the Ambassadors in his letter: "Over these years, Dear Ambassadors, thanks to your invaluable efforts, Poland has been able to host and organize many outstanding events that attract people from around the globe. Over the past two decades, we have witnessed a significant transformation and professionalization of the Polish meetings industry. This is best exemplified by reports and rankings that allow for comparisons between Poland and other countries, confirming our progress."
