Polish Hotel Holding (PHH) was founded to consolidate hotel assets belonging to State Treasury or companies partly owned by it. It will also act as an important component in the development of the Central Polish Airport as part of the Airport City. By associating hotel venues ranging from the budget sector to five-star establishments, located both in cities and leisure resorts, PHH will provide a chance to build an offer aimed at the business market and the needs of leisure tourists.

The mission of PHH is to invest in hotels, take advantage of their potential and boost their profitability. All these actions are meant to rebuild the value of venues belonging to the State Treasury to make sure they meet present-day standards.

In the first stage PHH will overtake venues currently owned by four companies: Military Property Agency - Hotels (Cassubia, Royal, Huzar, Reymont, Ikar, Iskra, Hetman, Kapitan, Rycerski, Kopernik, Belwederski, Mazowiecki, Wieniawa), Gliwice Tourist Agency (Zagroń, Recreation Centre Barbara, Castle in Lesko), Voivodeship Enterprise of Tourist Services seated in Katowice (Hotel Katowice, Monopol in Zabrze, Pionier in Bytom) and Hotels Olsztyn (Kopernik hotel). In total the list includes 20 hotels with 1,755 rooms.

PHH was established following the reorganisation of Chopin Airport Development (CAD), a hotel company cooperating with global chains - Marriott International, Hilton, Best Western, InterContinental Hotels Group, Louvre Hotels Group. The company features hotels located in direct vicinity of Chopin Airport - Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport and Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Airport, as well as adjoining airports in Gdańsk (Hampton by Hilton Gdańsk Airport) and Katowice (Moxy Katowice Airport). CAD’s portfolio also includes Best Western Hotel Jurata in the Helski Peninsula and two Golden Tulip establishments - Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence and Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje Residence.
