Poland’s most popular hotels
According to the publication, the AccorHotels brand is Poland’s most popular hotel chain with 72 venues offering a total of 12,262 rooms. In addition, the opening of successive venues is planned to take place still this year - ibis Styles in Warsaw, Mory and Bolesławiec, ibis in Poznań and ibis Budget in Gdańsk - featuring a combined room count of 665. An exclusive licensor of the AccorHotels brand in Poland, the Orbis Hotel Group continues to be the country’s unquestionable hotel market leader both as regards the size and the number of chain hotels; moreover, its position seems to remain undisputed in the years to come.
With 2,885 rooms in 16 hotels Hilton Worldwide is Poland’s second most popular brand. Its 2018 plans involve launching Hampton by Hilton venues in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań, Oświęcim and Kalisz, thus boosting its room count by 674.
Right behind it, Marriott International features 12 venues with 2,865 rooms. The latter’s number is expected to grow by additional 656 with the 2018 opening of Renaissance and Four Points by Sheraton in Warsaw and Moxy in Warsaw and Pyrzowice.
