IMEX America is a fairly new industry event, organized as a result of the demand for the opportunity to meet and network with several thousand representatives of the meeting industry at one place and time. After many years of successful IMEX exhibitions and fairs in Frankfurt, in 2011 it was decided that a similar event should be organized in the United States. Just as it is adopted at European fairs (IMEX and EIBTM), all exhibitors receive a schedule of business meetings with hosted buyers. Poland Convention Bureau POT within 3 days there had a total of 40 trade talks.

IMEX America is not only a conference and fair, but also a rich educational programme adjusted to the newest trends and needs of the industry.
