The "Asia Trade Know How" Congress, which took place on September 18-19, 2017 at Expo-Mazury, was the best event in 2017 indicated by the Convention Bureau Masuria in the “Poland Meetings and Events Industry Report 2018”.

The event was attended by ambassadors and delegates of embassies of Asian countries to Poland, representatives of economic chambers, entrepreneurs—participants of Asian economic missions, as well as a wide variety of experts and specialists in eastern markets. Comprehensive knowledge of experts and proven solutions in the field of establishing trade relations with Asian countries presented by entrepreneurs have shown new development opportunities for Polish companies.

According to data provided by the Convention Bureau Masuria, among the events organized in Masuria, conferences and congresses were the largest figures, before corporate and incentive events as well as fairs and exhibitions.

The conference venues in Warmia and Mazuria are located amidst extensive forests and thousands of lakes. The diverse landscape is an excellent background for incentive and teambuilding events. Expo Mazury, Poland’s second largest conference and exhibition centre, which offer unlimited opportunities for staging various events in the region, is located in the very heart of Western Mazuria — the city of Ostróda. Finally, the modern Olsztyn-Mazury airport is located in Szymany, 10 km from Szczytno and 58 km from Olsztyn, the voivodeship’s capital. Advanced conference venues, also in unique buildings such as castles and palaces, continue to be established in the region.
