Microsoft Tech Summit in Warsaw
Microsoft Tech Summit, an event originally secured by Poland Convention Bureau PTO at IMEX America 2016, will be held in Warsaw on 25-26 April.
Microsoft Tech Summit is a series of conferences staged in 14 cities worldwide, dedicated to Microsoft’s cloud services. The event was inaugurated in Sydney on 16 November 2017 and will wrap up at Warsaw’s EXPO XXI on 25-26 April.
The summit is aimed both at newcomers and advanced cloud users, application developers and suppliers of optimised digital transformation solutions. The two-day conference agenda is guaranteed to increase cloud-related knowledge and enhance corresponding skills plus offers a chance to get in touch with experts. The event is attended by leading engineers connected with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. In addition, detailed Microsoft Teams sessions are also available for participants.
“At first the event was supposed to take place in 2017 and since the client was sure about Warsaw, we contacted a venue that matched the required conditions. In the meantime, the summit was pushed back to next year; this decision proved beneficial for such a huge event (1,500-2,000 attendants), both from the perspective of its content-related quality and the logistics”, says Aneta Książek, Poland Convention Bureau POT’s representative at the IMEX America 2016 exhibition.
One of the main pillars of PCB PTO’s activity involves the promotion of Poland via national stands staged at international trade fairs of the meetings industry. As demonstrated by the case of Microsoft Tech Summit, they are an excellent opportunity to secure new business contacts and, consequently, new events for Poland. In 2018 PCB POT will be present at IMEX in Frankfurt, IMEX America in Las Vegas and IBTM World in Barcelona.
