Meetings Week Poland 2015
The five-day cycle of events will consist of conferences and networking meetings with the participation of the representatives of corporations and professional associations, who are responsible for planning events, buying services for travels and business meetings, bidders from servicing companies, hotels and conference centres, as well as journalists, members of local governments and politicians.
The aim of the Meetings Week Poland is to demonstrate the scale of the meetings industry in Poland, its importance to the economy and to gather people from the whole community in one time and place to express opinions crucial for the future of professionals responsible for the implementation of various types of events, conferences and congresses.
The project is implemented jointly by organizations operating in this industry: Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, Meeting Professionals International Poland, Event Industry Association, Incentive Travel Organisers Association, Poland Convention Bureau PTO, Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, “The Warsaw Voice” magazine, Meetingplanner.pl portal, with a considerable support of the industry media.
The Department of Tourism of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism is a strategic partner of the event.
