This year’s edition of Meet the Bidder will be staged in Arche Hotel Krakowska on 26 November 2019 under the honorary patronage of the President of Polish Tourism Organisation.

Meet the Bidder is a business event dedicated to incentive travels (also of the tailor-made and luxury variety). Held several times a year in Warsaw, it successfully attracts foreign exhibitors - mostly delegates of hotels and DMCs, convention bureaux and regional promotion organisations, as well as numerous other industry suppliers, with whom Polish outbound travel organisers can establish regular cooperation. Meeting planners hailing from Czech Republic, Hungary and Great Britain constituted an especially prominent group in the last category. The objective of the fair is not only to promote outbound incentive travel, but also to spotlight Warsaw as a meeting place through an extensive Hosted Bidder programme aimed at guests representing other non-European markets.

The Hosted Bidder programme encompasses a comprehensive familiarisation trip for foreign planners and showcasing Warsaw as an attractive European destination recommended for hosting all types of events.
