The next edition of IMEX, the international meetings industry trade fair was held on 19-21 May in Frankfurt. As each year, Poland Convention Bureau of Polish Tourist Organisation has organised the Polish national booth, where regional Convention Bureaus, companies operating in the organisation of meetings and conference facilities presented their offers.

 

During the three days of the exhibition, PCB PTO has participated in over 60 individual meetings, and more than 70 persons were present during group presentations. Promotional partners included: Krakow Convention Bureau and Toruń Convention Bureau Copernicus.

Aside from business appointments, the Kujawsko-Pomorska Tourist Organisation and its partners organised a "Come for sweet memories" Happy Hour, which was held at the Polish national stand on the second day of the fair. The event referred to the newly opened nonstop flight route between Bydgoszcz and Frankfurt.

The event was accompanied by a live show of a musical duo, the tasting of chocolate and other sweet dainties, along with a business card lottery with valuable prizes, including weekend stays in Torun and Bydgoszcz.
