ICE Kraków Congress Centre summed up the 2020 operations of the KBF - KRAKÓW NETWORK business initiative associating representatives of Kraków’s meetings industry.

While undeniably challenging, 2020 was also distinguished by above-average activity, with ICE Kraków successfully implementing:

• 3 webinars for MICE professionals (KRAKÓW NETWORK TOGETHER and Vademecum on Hybrid Events),
• A publication on Post-pandemic event safety,
• 18 meetings, including 3 onsite and 15 online events as part of the operations of 6 thematic groups.

ICE Kraków’s activity confirms that cooperation based on mutual support and trust makes it possible to overcome difficulties. Importantly, people are the crucial ingredient.
