During the interactive workshop, participants had the opportunity to delve into various topics such as choosing the right social media platforms, key features of an ideal website, the application of artificial intelligence in destination marketing, and using AI in their work. There was also significant interest in B2B influencer marketing in the MICE sector and the tools used by content creators.

Participants were also introduced to case studies of the Social Media Story project by the Poland Convention Bureau online and analyzed e-marketing activities at the IMEX Frankfurt and IBTM Barcelona business tourism fairs.

Digital marketing in tourism and the MICE industry is not just about visibility; it's about creating compelling stories that resonate with our audiences and inspire them to choose Poland as their next event destination. By leveraging the right platforms and harnessing the power of AI, we can revolutionize how we connect with the event planners or key opinion leaders and showcase the unique opportunities of our country said - Jarosław Marciuk, Chief Marketing Specialist, Poland Convention Bureau - Polish Tourism Organisation.

We also remind you of the ongoing contest until the end of Sunday, with the prize being online consultations on LinkedIn. Thank you for the invitation and active participation in the workshop.

Eventprofs Creators Lab

At the beginning of 2023, the Eventprofs Creators Lab (Laboratorium Twórców in Polish) project was launched in Warsaw. This new educational project by the Poland Convention Bureau - Meetings and Events Department of the Polish Tourism Organisation aims to support representatives of the Polish meetings industry and create attractive content for audiences, particularly in foreign markets, about Poland as a highly attractive place for organizing events. The project’s name refers to a creative space that provides resources, tools, and support for individuals or teams to create various types of content, such as videos, images, music, texts, graphics, or other forms of digital media. The Poland Convention Bureau facilitates the content creation process by providing access to specialized knowledge through workshops and online consultations.

The program includes a diverse range of workshops and training sessions. Some sessions are dedicated to the theoretical and practical discussion of key issues in e-marketing, while others focus on the detailed presentation of selected platforms and tools. Participants in the workshops and training sessions can gain extensive knowledge and skills in e-marketing that will be directly applicable in their daily work.

So far, over 650 people have participated in workshops and online consultations.
