Business tourism in the heart of Warmia and Mazury
On 08-09.10.2015 the first edition of Tourism and Events Expo (TEE) will take place at Expo Arena, Exhibition and Conference Centre of Warmia and Mazury in Ostroda. This event is a modern approach to the market of tourist services with a business formula (B2B), addressed to the tourism industry and MICE. Thanks to a large group of exhibitors and visitors from abroad, it will be a great promotion of Poland on the international stage.
For TEE customers this unusual event allows to establish business contacts through a series of tourist inspirations in the form of offers presented by the exhibitors.
Tourism and Events Expo is primarily a B2B forumla, where exhibitors will be able to present their offer both to guests from Poland and from abroad. Exhibitors will include hotels from all over Poland, convention centres, sports or performance halls, museums, tourist attractions and offices for the promotion of cities and regions.
Visitors (Hosted Buyers) are mainly event agencies, travel agencies organising business and motivational trips, conference and training companies, tour operators from the Baltic Euroregion, i.e. Denmark, Russia, Lithuania, Sweden, as weel as the representatives of travel agencies from the Netherlands, Germany, Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Norway, the Czech Republic or Slovakia. The organisation of a professional market for Hosted Buyers will be a novelty on the Polish market. Exhibitors and visitors will have the opportunity to establish direct trade contacts during arranged meetings.
