4th Meeting Matters workshop in Brussels
The Polish meetings sector was showcased at the Meeting Matters industry workshop held at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Brussels for more than 70 associationg representatives (planners of conferences and congresses) and PCO's from the Belgian market.
This year’s Meeting Matters industry workshop in Brussels is already the 4th edition of the event that each year grows in popularity. The main idea behind attending the workshop is to present the Polish meetings industry in individual talks, discuss the possibilities of staging events in Poland, as well as draw attention to activities of the Polish meetings sector.
“The exceptional formula of Meeting Matters makes it possible to exchange contacts between European convention bureaus and selected meeting planners representing Brussels-based international associations and professional congress organizers, all in a single evening. This is an excellent opportunity for an invitation to Poland, especially that in a survey 28 % of the participants declared their interest in our country. We place emphasis on professionalism, safety, attractive flight connections, obviously a diversified price offer, as well as dynamically operating research centres and local associations”, sums up Aneta Książek, Head of Poland Convention Bureau PTO.
In addition to Poland, this year’s list of attendees included representatives of Croatia, Estonia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain as well as Helsinki, Vienna, Zurich and Paris.
