Polish Christmas markets are increasingly often recognised by important industry titles, such as European Best Destinations. For another year in a row, Polish Tourism Organisation (Polska Organizacja Turystyczna - POT) cooperated with LOT Polish Airlines to stage a fam trip for 10 representatives of top Italian companies arranging group travels.

The participants spent a December weekend in Warsaw, taking advantage of a direct flight operated by the national carrier between the Polish capital and Milan. All guests were highly impressed by the high level of hotel and gastronomic services, tourist-centred infrastructure in the city, as well as the quality-price ratio of available services.

Warsaw was visited by delegates of Voloonline, Boscolo, Duomo Viaggi, Cocktail, Brevivet, Travel Design, Il Diamante, Leonardo Travel and Olympia Viaggi.
