Italian magazine writes about bicycle trips across Poland
The September issue of the Italian magazine Motociclismo ran an extensive, 14-page report about Pomorze. It was the result of a press trip organised by the POT International Office in Rome in cooperation with the Pomeranian Regional Tourism Organisation.
The story by Raffaella Cegna focuses on motorcycle tourism in Gdańsk and the Pomorskie Voivodship. Italian journalists visited cities and green areas in the region, Kaszuby, Słowiński National Park and the Malbork Castle.
Italy is one of the most motorised countries in Europe, where the popularity of motorcycles is particularly high. It is also an increasingly popular form of travel, especially in the context of the so-called “post-covid” trips.
Appearing since 1914, Motociclismo is one of the oldest and most popular trade publications in Italy. Among the subjects which revolve around the motorcycle, it looks at motorcycle travel. The magazine’s website is visited by almost one million users every month, while the magazine itself is published in 69.5 thousand copies.
