Dutch bloggers visit the Lublin Land
In the second half of August, the Lublin Voivodship saw a visit of bloggers from the Netherlands invited by the Polish Tourism Organisation. The trip was organised in cooperation with the Regional Tourist Organisation in Lublin and aimed at promoting the region’s cultural heritage and active tourism.
The group of visitors represented three travel blogs: Travelvalley.nl, YourTravelGuide.nl and Reizen-en-Reistips.nl.
Over the course of four days, the Dutch guests visited Lublin, explored bike and walking routes in the Polesie and Roztocze National Parks, went kayaking on the Bug River, saw Zamość, Kazimierz Dolny, the famous Land of the Loess Gorges and a charming guest house Uroczysko Zaborek. Trying regional cuisine was a vital part of the experience, as well.
At the end of their stay, the bloggers shared their thoughts from the trip. The Lublin Land turned out to be a very positive surprise for them. They were captivated by the beauty of the region, its unique nature and the hospitality of the locals they met. The footage of the stay will soon be posted in their respective media.
The region has been gaining popularity among Dutch tourists for some time already. This is undoubtedly due to the presence of the Green Velo bike route as well as direct flights from Eindhoven to Lublin with WizzAir. Natural wealth as well as diversity of active tourism and cultural attractions guarantee a pleasant stay away from the hustle and bustle, which is a priority among guests from the Netherlands.
