The organizers of the 28th Men's World Championship 2023 are Poland and Sweden. This is the first such significant event hosted jointly by the two countries. The tournament is hosted by four cities and two regions in Poland (Kraków, Gdańsk, Katowice, Płock)  and five cities in Sweden (Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Jönköping and Kristianstad).
